Because Hallmark Heating & Air Conditioning out of Killeen had performed such a botched installation prior to us buying our house in 2007, no one was willing to look at replacing our system because performing an accurate load calculation was virtually impossible. The pre-purchase home inspector never informed us any possible HVAC issues. Even though the house with the original system had only been built in 2003, it had proven to be a total disaster. From the moment we moved in it never worked right. A true nightmare. After I called an end to the never ending $1500-$2000 service calls every year, we went over two years using five window units on a 3500 sq.ft. house barely ten years old. The previous system was so inefficient, even with us using only window units our utility bills still dropped from $550-$600 per month down to around $300-$350. To put in a new system, we were looking at tearing out all the original system including the upstairs air handler, a large amount of sheetrock and the original ductwork just to start. I was so fed up I even had the regional Carrier rep travel 2.5 hours from Dallas to inspect the original 2003 install. When he saw our predicament, he just looked down at the floor, shook his head and said, "Who did this?" I said, "Hallmark Heating & Cooling out of Killeen." The guy that worked on the original install was standing right there and tried to worm his way out of saying he had anything to do with it even though I distinctly remember his involvement because of the earring he wore when he came out to answer numerous service calls. When we called Lochridge Priest to come out they wouldn't even give an estimate. Bottom line? We took out a HELOC, I got a few estimates and pulled the trigger with 3C Mechanical. Good God!!! They kicked butt. They removed all the old system, put in two new Rheem units, balanced the system and were in an out in less than a week. The entire house is now perfectly comfortable at higher settings than before. Our first utility bill was $196.00. WOW!!! They're professional, extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough, really. Give Bill & Daniel Curry, the father and son, the opportunity to prove themselves and I can promise you won't regret it.

David and his team are GREAT! I recently moved to Waco and they walked multiple properties with me and gave multiple quotes before we decided on our current one. They installed two new HVAC systems for me - one in the main house and one in a garage conversion. With the two efficient systems my electric bill is 40% lower than the previous one system and both buildings cool/heat perfectly. David is very responsive to emails/calls and is by far the best and most trust-worthy HVAC company I've ever dealt with and I'll be recommending them to all my friends/family and using them for my investment properties to come!

Very thankful for 3C! We have a geothermal unit and I was looking for someone that would be knowledgable about the system AND provide good customer service! I was calling all over. Sharon was a breath of fresh air. She made every effort to get someone to our house the same day. Jim called before he came (that afternoon) and waited for me to get to the house from where I was. Jim was very kind and patient -- even killed a fire ant pile in the midst of looking at the outside unit. He was willing to explain things to my husband and I. He also took his shoes off when he came inside which was considerate. I notice the small things and I am thankful we have found a reputable company to work with if needed in the future!
